I hate to say it but bacon has to be one of the most unhealthy food options out there. Almost 70% of bacon’s calories are fat, with half of that being the terrible saturated kind. High-fat and high-cholesterol foods like bacon contribute to heart disease and obesity. Just try to say no. It may be impossible to avoid bacon altogether, but do your best not to eat it often.
