Americans are finally taking notice of the amazing national parks scattered throughout the western United States. National Parks have been hitting record visitors in recent years and Yosemite is arguably the most well-known. Its iconic views are attracting visitors from all over the world and it is undoubtedly one of the best destinations the U.S. has to offer. 
5. Siem Reap, Cambodia The legendary ruins of Angkor Wat are a short tuk-tuk ride away from Siem Reap. You'll feel like you've gone back in time as you explore through crumbling temples hidden in the Cambodian jungle. Though Angkor Wat is the best known, the area boasts many other ruins like Angkor Thom in Bayon. Although these alone would make Siem Reap an unbeatable destination, the town of Siem Reap itself offers great restaurants, nightlife, and markets.
