For as long as most of us can remember, Robin Williams has been using his special kind of charm and innate sense of humor to captivate our hearts. He drew laughter from us even when we thought we had none.  A comedic genius with unparalleled talent, Robin Williams is comedy incarnate.

When news of his passing hit, no one could believe it. The happy man who had made us crack up time and time again... There was no way he was gone this soon. As the Greeks have taught us thousands of years ago, tragedy and comedy pretty much go hand in hand, and the sad tale of Robin Williams is no different. The comedian who had dealt us with so many heartwarming and gut-busting moments was struggling behind the chipper facade that he seemed to always have.

Despite the tragic loss that his family, friends, and the entire world suffered, it would be a shame for his life's work to collapse following his death. From the 1970's to his four new movies coming out posthumously, he made us laugh, think, and definitely cry a few times. Instead of speculating on the details surrounding his death, or mourning the loss of one of the world's greatest comedians and actors, Robin Williams would want us to keep our heads up and keep smiling. He spent his entire life making sure we all smiled, and despite his passing, he leaves behind an untouchable legacy to make sure we and generations after us keep smiling for centuries to come.
