For Taco Bell lovers all across the country, the best news possible was just announced. Taco Bell is experimenting with home delivery service, starting with 200 stores across the nation.
It started with limited initial testing in a few areas, and noted that average delivery time was about 38 minutes. While far from fast, it is a start for Taco Bell, the popular Mexican chain that has become increasingly popular.
Coming out with a much-requested breakfast menu in Spring 2014, Taco Bell continues to experiment and innovate, now trying to meet customer demand for a delivery service. McDonald's, Starbucks, and Burger King have also been experimenting with delivery services.
What do you think about this increasing popularity of fast food combining with home delivery? The convenience will obviously be amazing, but it may just add to the obesity epidemic now that people hardly have to leave their house for anything. Either way, I am more than excited that I can chow down on some burritos without having to leave the comfort of my couch.
