But no matter, for here are your best performances! For the sake of being original and fresh, this list will not include the films for which he was nominated for an Academy Award. All other films are fair game. So let’s get started.

1. Titanic (1997)
Another year, another DiCaprio Oscar snub. The guy was magnificent here. He easily could have overplayed the role and come off as cheesy but he somehow doesn’t. He makes a realistic character lovable, and that makes it all the more hard to… let go of (ok, that was a spoiler but if you haven’t seen Titanic by now you obviously don’t want to). On the first day of shooting the film DiCaprio had to draw Kate Winslet nude. So DiCaprio is handsome, rich, talented AND got to paid to stare at a naked female. Well, at least I can take comfort knowing we have the same amount of Academy Awards! |
