4. Paul Bernardo and Karla Homolka
Bernardo and Homolka were a serial killer couple whose victims were young women, including Karla Homolka’s own younger sister, Tammy. Karla felt guilty that she did not lose her virginity to Paul, and drugged her own fifteen-year old sister on Christmas, offering her virginity to Paul as a Christmas present. Prior to his first killings, Paul Bernardo was known as the Scarborough rapist, and had a string of over a dozen rapes over the course of three years. While only three murders have been confirmed, there are suspicions of many more, and at least thirteen rapes with six more attempted rapes. |
