3. Code System
Teamwork makes the dream work. Tapping, coughing, blinking, or other signals are a popular method between classmates to help each other out. Work out a system with your friends prior to a test, such as one cough for A, two coughs for B, and so on. Even if the teacher catches on, it'll be difficult to prove that you were cheating, and you could always move on to a new method.
