2. Napkin Method
What teacher would suspect a napkin as a way to help students cheat? You may not be allowed to use your notes, but surely you'll be allowed to blow your nose during a test. Write your notes on a napkin, pull it out when needed, then blow your nose into it and crumple it up to destroy the evidence.
