10. Barney's Proposal (The Robin)
One of Barney’s few serious moments was also one of the sweetest of the entire show. If your eyes didn’t start watering at how cute his proposal was, then you have no heart. Everything about it was perfect. And if you didn’t cry at how cute it was.. you cried at Ted and Barney’s ultimate bro-ment, when Ted gives Barney his blessing and personally brings Robin to the tower where Barney awaits.
