2. Puerto Rico
This is a great destination because technically it is a part of the United States, making getting there a whole lot more hassle-free. You won't feel like you're in the US, though, and you'll be able to experience a lot of authentic culture (along with their world-famous rum). All things considered, a plane ticket to get there is pretty cheap, so add this to consideration when planning your spring break trip.
