That’s right. Although ginger's powerful taste can be hard to tolerate for some people, it is proven to help with nausea and indigestion. Taking just one teaspoon can cure many of the symptoms of a hangover in a heartbeat. The spice can be found at any grocery store and some stores even carry ginger pills that can be taken easily without the bad taste.
