4. University of Michigan Located in Ann Arbor, UM has a great college atmosphere with a relatively big Greek Life presence. Unfortunately for the rest of the underaged students, the bar scene is pretty strict with fakes and is otherwise underwhelming, so the only other thing to do is watch Netflix and chill.
3. UPenn Located in Philadelphia, UPenn, is an all around amazing school, from academics to athletics. I guess the nerds and the jocks all like to get down because they're also pretty high up there when it comes to STDs.
