Most people hate living in dorms, and who can blame them? Usually students are cramped in tuna can sized rooms with no amenities and probably shared with a random roommate that you may or may not get along with. And ugh... who can forget those disgusting community bathrooms. For some lucky students, not all of them are like that. Some are even cool believe it or not. Without further ado, here are ten of the coolest college dorms in the United States.

5. University of California - Davis
Swimming pools are awesome no matter what age you are, but as a college student... score. Two residence halls in the Cuarto Area of UC Davis have their very own swimming pools and spas. Pleasant weather year-round in California basically means it is pool weather year-round. Kicking back by the pool in between classes does not sound too bad to me. All of the dormitories in this blessed area are also suite-style, meaning they come complete with living rooms and private bathrooms. |
