Lumosity, a brain training and neuroscience research company, released its second annual ranking of the smartest students in America. They analyze 72,000 undergraduates’ results of their well-known brain exercises and training games to come up with their ranking. Obviously, this is just one of the many ways to come up with the rankings, but it’s still something to be proud of! Here are the top ten. Some of them will surprise you.
10. Dartmouth College
The New Hampshire Ivy League rounds out the top ten smartest colleges. It is the smallest Ivy League, but size doesn’t matter to Dartmouth as they beat out many other Ivy League colleges to make this list. If you are lucky enough to have called Dartmouth home at any point in your life, consider yourself lucky. You are in good company with 9 Pulitzer Prize winners, 3 Nobel Prize winners, and countless other notable alumni. Dartmouth graduates also average the highest average starting salaries as well as the highest average income ten years after graduation.
