Some say he’s a legend, some say he’s the next sports great, some may even be voting for him in this upcoming presidential election...Mike Senatore.
A few days ago, he was simply an Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, N.C.) High School senior tweeting about the “Chewbacca Mask Lady” and how he “loves what the Internet can randomly do for people.” Today, he is one of those people. Senatore’s classmate, Wesley Manning, caught the dramatic act in a 31-second video that had everyone biting their nails:
The senior strutted onto the stage with confidence oozing out of him at Tuesday’s talent show. As he casually approached a small table mid-stage, the song, “300 Violin Orchestra,” crescendoed and paused, and the room fell silent in anticipation as he flipped the bottle. ...It landed straight up, and, judging by the audience’s reaction, you would think he had just won the national championship. What is observed is probably the most lit reaction you will ever see at a high school talent show. With an innovator like this in our midsts, one who can perform under immense pressure, maybe there is hope for the millennial generation after all.
