4. Bicycles
This one will work your body to exhaustion. You will probably want to give up right away, but that just means it's doing its job and it's doing it well. Get into crunch position, and start pedaling your legs without letting them touch the grounds. Alternate bringing each leg up. To help sculpt your obliques, touch your elbow to the opposite leg as it comes up. Exhausting, but worth it.
