Even though How I Met Your Mother is about Ted Mosby and him finding his the love of his life, let’s be honest: the best part of the show is Barney Stinson, played fantastically by Neil Patrick Harris. From his catchphrases to his suits to his women, Barney is what makes How I Met Your Mother so great, and it will be a sad day when he walks into the sunset. Here are the top 5 Barney Stinson moments, with honorable mention going to his relationship-proof apartment and ducky tie/slap bets with Marshall.

3. Price is Right
We all do crazy things to impress our dads. Some of us get a high paying job; others strive to get good grades. Seeing as Barney’s dad is Bob Barker (in his mind at least), he saw the only fit way to make his dad proud was to win the very game show he hosted. So in Season 2, Episode 20, Barney set out to do just that. The entire episode is fantastic; from Barney practicing how he will run down the aisle to memorizing the prices of items so he can win every challenge, all the way up to the emotional climax when Barney meets Barker. It probably is my favorite episode of the series. Because you care.
