2. Sleeping
How can you do this wrong? It’s literally laying down and not doing anything for a few hours. Well, that part is pretty easy, so congrats! You’re doing something right! The few hours though isn’t what you think. Most people think 8 hours of sleep is what’s required. Well, yes, but not a continuous 8 hours. It’s actually best to split those 8 hours into 2 or more chunks, usually 3-4 hours, with a couple hours after to lay awake and do other things, and then another 3-4 hours. Unfortunately, it has become so ingrained in society that basically our time revolves around the 8 hour sleep schedule. |
