Shark attacks result in about ten deaths per year. Sharks are only fifteenth on this list. Number one on the list kills over 270,000 times more humans than sharks do... So what animal takes the top spot? Bears? Lions? Nope. Which animal it is may shock you.

We all knew sharks were going to be on this list, but this low? Shark attacks result in around ten deaths per year. It is still ten deaths too many, but fatal shark attacks are few and far between.
