Location: Salamanca, Spain Wow. Imagine going to school here. The University of Salamanca was founded in 1134, making it the 4th oldest active university in all of Europe. It would be pointless to describe this college's beauty, as the above picture pretty much tells you everything you need to know. Former students of Salamanca include Hernan Cortes, St. John of the Cross, and Miguel Cervantes. |
