Top 8 Saddest Movie Deaths

Death happens so often in movies that sometimes they don't even faze us anymore. But every once in a while, there are those that not only tug on our heartstrings, but just rip it out of their cavities and tear it to shreds. Here are 8 of those.

2. Snape, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
This was difficult, only because, what, almost everyone dies in Harry Potter? Fred Weasley, Remus, Nymphadora, Hedwig, Mad-Eye, and of course, sweet Dobby, all die in the final two films. Sirius and Dumbledore, as well as Harry's parents and a hundred other people that died in the series get honorable mention, but Snape's takes the cake. We find out that he was a good guy all along after he is fatally wounded by Voldemort. His love for Harry's mother resonated through his life, and his is one of the most tragic stories ever.
