Lumosity, a brain training and neuroscience research company, released its second annual ranking of the smartest students in America. They analyze 72,000 undergraduates’ results of their well-known brain exercises and training games to come up with their ranking. Obviously, this is just one of the many ways to come up with the rankings, but it’s still something to be proud of! Here are the top ten. Some of them will surprise you.
4. Northwestern University
Northwestern University in Illinois, while snubbed out of the top 10 in rankings like ARWU, Forbes, and U.S. News, makes it presence well-known high on Lumosity’s list. Graduates of Northwestern find themselves in the company of alumni like Stephen Colbert, Charlton Heston, Rod Blagojevich, Seth Meyers, Warren Beatty and thousands of other intellectuals.
