1. Breathing
That’s right. You’re doing this right now, and you’re doing it wrong. When most people breathe, they puff out their chests. Unfortunately, this results in increased risk of anxiety, headaches, panic attacks, fatigue, etc. The proper way to do it is also the less attractive. By puffing out the big ol’ beer belly. This is called diaphragmatic breathing and it means you have to breathe less often, but more efficiently. Doctors and athletic coaches highly recommend this technique to improve your performance.
